He is Advisor to the Board of Directors of Listed Entities for ensuring high standards of Corporate Governance. He is an expert in mapping requirements and providing best solutions for effective restructuring of the companies by amalgamation, merger and de merger. He is active advisor to Board of Directors of companies to ensure statutory duties under different laws of the land are proficiently discharged.

He is also An Active Investor in Financial markets with Vast experience in Fundamental and Technical analysis of Securities. He acts as Panelist on doordarshan and other other platforms on programmes of financial literacy, Asset Allocation and educating about investment in Financial Markets.

He is Honorary Secretary of The Indian Youth Centres Trust since 2013.
